In the first round, UCLA will play Chaminade, Kentucky will face DePaul, Oklahoma versus Memphis and Purdue playing Georgia Tech. ESPN will televise all 12 games of the tournament. Anyone care to make an early prediction about this will all turn out?

Who the heck is Chaminade and do they have a prayer against UCLA?

Chaminade is the school in Maui that has always hosted the tournament there. Back in 1982 Ralph Sampson and his #1 ranked Virginia Cavaliers came into Hawaii and were defeated by Chaminade 77-72 in what many consider the greatest upset in NCAA basketball history. It led to the creation of the Maui Invitational but the Silverswords of Chaminade haven't had much successin this tournament other than the financial gain they derive from it.
