Why isn't NCAA hoops getting props over NBA and NHL at this time? For me, college sports is really all that matters and March Madness is only topped by the College Bowl season. Since I earned a full scholarship to continue my education at UofA, they have now become my new favorite team. Helps also that I live in Tucson. I kind of expected the NCAA Tourney to take priority over NBA and NHL for this month. Am I alone with this thought or do more of you agree with me?

The tournament is popular because of the office pools and gambling involved. The NCAA tourney gets a lot of play here in the Northeast, especially since all the local pro hoop teams reaaly stink. But without UConn in it this year, Connecticut college fans will have to devote their time to Central Connecticut's one and done effort in the first round.
