NCAA Tournament, 2nd Day

Anyone have any particular opnions on the upcoming games today. Personally, I like Southern Illinois and NC State to upset. Some possible upsets that I did not pick could be Northern Iowa over Georgetown and several media outlets like Northwestern State over Iowa. Other than the former two I think the scond half of first round games should be fairly tame compared to the yesterday.

Other than the SI game I don't see any glaring upsets. Most of the games "should" go as expected. With that said I am sure there will be a 14 seed beating a 3 or something crazy like that.

Look for Kent State over Pitt and, as you also picked, N.C. State over Cal.

#14 seed Northwestern State just won on a buzzer beater to knock off #3 Iowa. So good call Dr. Cool.
