| Brackets Released The brackets were recently released, and like usual there are some great games to be played. A couple of possible second round matchups that tweaked my interest are.. UNC vs. Michigan State in the second round Pitt vs. Kansas in the second round Here are the brackets... http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaab/bracket What does everybody else see? |

| I went to Albany. They were a Division III School. Then in the late 80's or early 90's they moved up to Division I and have finally made the tourney. I wish I could pick them in my brackets for a game. If they were a 15 seed instead of a 16 I would do it but could they get a tougher 1st round opponent than Connecticut? And a 16 has never beaten a 1. Oh well. |

And how did Air Force make it in? They're not good. At all. They did play my team, UW, pretty tough for part of a game, but weren't close to winning. Let's see if Gonzaga can actually make some noise. I don't have much confidence after they kept just barely beating teams like San Francisco in their conference..... |

| Re: Brackets Released You also have to look at it this way. Not only did GW get a raw deal, so did Duke. They will more than likely have to play GW in the second round. That could make for an interesting matchup. Also, there has been a lot of talk about Pitt's seed. But the fact of the matter is that the teams that got the 1-4 seeds are better than them. They did get matched up with a very difficult second game against Kansas if things pan out like they should. |
