Let me open this thread by saying that this is not a scam, I am looking for a player to fill one roster spot on a team in the LNBP, Mexico's first division. We are looking for a guy that can play the 5 (I will look at a 4, but you'd have to really impress).

I am searching for a diamond in the rough, a guy that has fallen through the cracks and isnt signed.

The LNBP or Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional (Google it) is considered to be Mexico's top league and the top league in latin america. Over the past few years several of it's players have signed 10 days in "the league", still others have gone on to the NBDL, Europe or other countries. Some make a very comfortable living playing in Mexico's three leagues that run at different times of the year.

The comp is very good. Each team gets 3 Americans, most of those are D1 or D2 standouts. Most of the Mexican National Team plays in the league along with some former NBA players.

What I am looking for:
Position: 5. I will consider a 4 if he is extremely athletic, strong and capable of pulling down boards and defending a 6'10" center.

Skills: I need a center that can get up and down the floor, block shots, defent the post, detur a drive with quick reactions to helpside defensive rotation, get rebounds and stay out of foul trouble. Offense is less important to me in this player, although its always a plus.

Personality: It is obligatory that this player have a good attitude and a love for the game. If either is lacking, you'll be sent home. You must be unselfish and willing to work for the team. I don't want and don't need a "get mine" type of player who puts his stats above the team.

If you fit this description, I'd like to talk to you. I would need you to get as much film as possible from multiple games. I dont want to see a highlight tape, or any mix-tape stuff. I want game footage (Pro, college, AAU). Complie every bit of information that you can on yourself including stats that are varifible by an internet search or your sports information department. Please verify your height, weight, wingspan, and vertical. I would like to see some weightroom numbers too, again verfied by a strength coach if possible.

I want NO MONEY and I am not an agent looking to sign players. I do not guerentee that you will get a job, and to be perfectly honest you probably won't. Like I said before we only have one open spot, and there are several players on our watch list.
