Travis Hafner hit a pair of dingers and Jhonny Peralta belted a 10th inning home run to give the Cleveland Indians the 3-2 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays and the series sweep. So maybe the Indians can still salvage a halfway decent season, despite being in the Central Division cellar, eh?
