Lightbulb Larry Dolan "It's simple economics in Cleveland"

I'm tired about reading how Larry Dolan complains about attendance. Look its very simple and Dick Jacobs kinda of learned it toward the end of his ownership in Cleveland(Also got extremley lucky). Look if he would just go out there resign C.C. with whatever it takes. I understand its going to demand millions just offer him a out right raise to 18M next year then go from there. All i'm saying it would just be a start to show the fans your investment in their hard earned dollar on a ticket to see the best quality baseball Cleveland has to offer...........Now to people who say they have signed a core group of players thats true no doubt about it. But who wants to see another good team suffer a let down to great teams becasue the lack of that one to two pieces we couldn't "afford" because of small budgets. Look all I'm saying is take some chances bring in a star and watch those stands fill up.

How could they be complaining about attendance? I see lots of 1st's and 2nd's up there, and I remember the Tribe had a long sellout streak just a few years back.

those are from years past i.e. 95-01 when we set the record for consecutive sell outs. This year however as of right now 7 worst in the bigs. Larry Dolan has stated that he hasn't been able to offer big money to players becasue of a small budget but little does he apparently know this is a sports town and if ur a winner u sell out. 4 consecutive seasons we sold out so its not like the markets not there.

Is this Dolan the same guy that owns the Knicks? For Cleveland's sake I hope not. I just looked it up and he is his brother. You poor guys in Cleveland.
