| Indians home opener snowed out Cleveland was leading Seattle 4-0, and the game was one out away from being official. But crew chief Rick Reed called the game about a quarter till nine o'clock. There were over 2 1/2 hours worth of delays during the game, and according to the AP, the grounds crew spent more time on the field than the players. It will be made up as part of a twi-night doubleheader today. Weather permitting, of course.

| Re: Indians home opener snowed out This cost me big in my GTG league...I put in an Indian and a Mariner thinking I would get me a double hitter today or yesterday...cost me about 12-16 at bats!... Lucky for me Lefty's team didn't hit worth a darn... |

| Re: Indians home opener snowed out If they aren't able to play the makeup doubleheader on Monday, April 9, they will have a real mess on their hands. It would potentially mean that, the next time Seattle visits Cleveland, all three dates will be doubleheaders. This has been an unusual spring. Usually, they play the games, even in the northern tier of cities, with no problems at all. |

| In my daily league, I was able to get Raul out in time today and got Posednik in.....That's a good questions Azrael. Just figure out what the dumbest way to handle it is - and I'm sure that's what MLB will do. |
