I'm hearing that Travis Hafner is out for the rest of the season due to a broken bone in his hand. Guess that means he won't be able to break the single season grand slam record after all, eh? Well, the Tribe's out of it, so I guess it's best for him to get healthy and ready to make a run at it next season, eh?

Travis Hafner has become one of the league's top hitters in about five years of experience in the majors. He has totaled over 40 homeruns this season which is definitely MVP potential. He is one of the mere stars from the first half of the season, who has continue to shine through the second half. Smashing 13 homeruns in August placed him higher on the homerun leaders chart, and we all expected an even better September. I guess this injury has cut his legendary season short.
