LeBron James had to leave yesterday's game against the Seattle Sonics in the third quarter after suffering what's being called a "right shoulder contusion." The good news is, the injury doesn't look to be serious and I haven't heard anything about James missing any time. So you can officially exhale now, Cavs fans.

I think Lebron is one of those players, for which the whole NBA holds its breath if he gets hurt.

Guess what? James is hurt again. He's day-to-day with a sprained left finger.

According to the Associated Press, "James hurt his index finger with 4:41 left in the second quarter on Wednesday night against Detroit when he was fouled on a drive by Pistons center Nazr Mohammed, who slapped at the ball as James began to shoot... X-rays taken at the Palace in Auburn Hills did not show any fractures. James underwent an MRI at Cleveland Clinic Toronto, which confirmed the sprain, the club said in a statement that offered no other details."
