Cavaliers guard Daniel Gibson suffered a left ankle sprain with one second remaining in the second quarter of tonight's game against Team China and did not return. He is listed as day-to-day and his status will be updated as appropriate.

Haven't been able to track down an update, but I can't imagine it'll cost him any time this fall.
