Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Boston Celtics

The Cavaliers couldn't keep their roll going on Sunday, and dropped a tough 98-96 decision to the young Celtics in Boston.

Bummer in Beantown

Re: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Boston Celtics

I blame the fact that Cleveland didn't have LeBron James, who according to this article, "did not dress because of right knee tendonitis. The young King, who dropped 39 points on the Bulls on Saturday is listed as day-to-day." See, if they had him, they would've won. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Re: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Boston Celtics

It’s difficult to say what made Sunday’s defeat tougher to swallow – the fact that the lottery-bound Celtics had lost 50 games coming in and were without Paul Pierce, or the pivotal call that referee Jim Clark made to seal Cleveland’s fate with less than two seconds to play.

Has to be a confidence shaker...but blaming the ref is always an option i guess...

Yep, there you go. Now they have two built-in excuses for the loss. Nice to have all the bases covered.
