| Cowher says he wont coach in 2009 Jay Glazer of FOX reports that former Steelers coach Bill Cowher will not be returning to the NFL in 2009, but that he might come back in 2010. Per Glazer, Cowher claims he won’t go to Cleveland no matter how much money they offer him. Though it might be a ploy to get even more money from the Browns or someone else for the coming year, we’ve believed ever since rumors surfaced of the Browns wanting Cowher that Cowher’s plan is to leverage Cleveland’s interest into keeping his name at the top of the “A” list in 2009 and beyond.
