Cleveland schools have a new game plan to improve safety and security and they are turning to the Browns for help.
Schools CEO Eugene Sander and former Browns player Jim Brown launched a new Amer-I-Can after-school initiative for the spring.
Brown is the founder of Amer-I-Can, which has benefited the youth of Cleveland and other cities for several years.
The $1.4 million program is being funded by the Cleveland Browns Foundation. It will provide a crime-reducing curriculum to John Adams, John Marshall, Lincoln West and Glenville high schools along with Case Elementary.
