Personally, I don't mind this as a Browns fan. I realize that he was new to playcalling after he took over from Carthon, but he wasn't much better himself. As for hiring an offensive line coach, Alex Gibbs is still unclaimed. Gibbs, as some may know, is an expert at maximizing talent and employing the zone blocking scheme. I'd throw some serious change his way.
Tight ends coach is no problem. The Browns are expected to announce the hiring of Alfredo Roberts, former Cowboys tight end that won two Super Bowls and two National Titles at Miami (FL). As you may remember, he was one of the best blocking tight ends in the league when the Cowboys were racking up rings, which gets me excited at the potential of KWII learning proper fundamentals.
