McElrathbey suspended
So much for Clemson's feel good story of 2006 - the university has suspended running back Ray Ray McElrathbey for academic reasons. McElrathbey, you may recall, took custody of his 12-year-old brother last year because of their mother's drug habit and received numerous humanitarian honors for doing so. But apparently these responsibilities have hurt him in the classroom. So for now he needs to get his grades up. If he does, he could be back by the end of spring. Your thoughts about this story?
