The Reds signed Josh Fogg to a one year $1 million dollar contract Thursday. he is going to compete for one of the last two spots in the rotation. The interesting part about this signing is that he signed for so little when Colorado offered him $5 million. Was this a good move?

Great move. They got him at a bargain basement price, so it's low risk and possibly high reward.

He pitched a few great games during the run Colorado put together at the end of last season. He will not be the ace, but he will make the rotation stronger. I am already assuming he is getting on of the final two spots.
