| Santos sent down According to the Associated Press, "The Cincinnati Reds designated pitcher Victor Santos for assignment and recalled pitcher Elizardo Ramirez to start Saturday against Milwaukee... Santos was 1-4 with a 5.14 ERA in 32 games for the Reds. This is the second time this season the Reds designated Santos for assignment." Good move? Is Ramirez a step up from Santos?
