Kirk Saarloos sent to Louisville
Another head scratching move from Narron. He sent Saarloos to Louisville after he pitched the first inning and did not record an out.

I don't have a problem with sending him to the minors, but why him now? There are so many others in this bullpen that should go before him. Before the start, he did not allow a run in 15 of 20 relief appearences this year. He only allowed 2 inherited runners to score. He has been pitching well.

How is Stanton still on this team with his 5.40 ERA and 11 runs scored in 18 innings.
