Eric Milton was put on the DL with a sprained left elbow. He had surgery on the elbow last September, so when it started hurting, the Reds shut him down.

There is no word yet on who will be his replacement in the rotation. Santos took his spot on the roster.

This is not a huge blow to the Reds as they have not won a game that Milton has started so far this year. If they were not paying him so much, I doubt he would have even made the team from spring training this year.
