There is a story from Reds beat writer, C. Trent Rosencrans about Adam Dunn.
Cincinnati Reds
In it he talks about Adam Dunn reporting to spring training. He is a lot thinner and in better shape. He changed his workout and diet. He wants to be a better ball player this year. He is going to concentrate more on defense, and has been working with the hitting instructor.
This is all good news for spring to make fans feel good, but does anybody really believe Dunn is going to be a gold glove outfielder, hit for average, and not strike out under 150 times? I know I don't, but it is nice to think like that now.
