Bengals sign Williams

The Cincinnati Bengals have signed former Dallas hard hitting safety Roy Williams.
Williams played on 3 games in 2008 because of an arm injury.
He had 512 tackles, 56 passes defended, 19 interceptions and 6 1/2 sacks in 94 games, 89 were starts with Dallas.
Terms were not disclosed.
Williams will be reunited with former Cowboys defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer who holds the same position with the Bengals.
