WR Chris Henry says there are no hard feelings on his part about the Bengals decision to release him and says he would sign with them if he is reinstated.
The two big obstacles to that happening are first he has to be reinstated, and second do the Bengals want him back.
He has yet to meet with Roger Goodell after the charges were dropped on his latest incident.

Hmm... they drafted USC LB Keith Rivers and Coastal Carolina WR Jerome Simpson. Offhand, I don't THINK there were any character issues.
Simpson's presence and sheer athleticism, plus Henry's attitude and checkered past, is what makes me think Cincy will pass on brining him back.
