| Lewis: Just sit Chad! The Cincinnati Bengals, tired of Chad Johnson’s posturing for a trade, responded when Coach Marvin Lewis said Johnson should keep his word and sit out the season. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/04/23/sp...l?ref=football I have to admire the Bengals if they are really serious about letting Chad sit. Good lesson for all the prima donas out there.

| Re: Lewis: Just sit Chad! They'd better trade him. It'd be stupid and vindictive to just let him sit out the season, and ultimately it'd be hurting the Cincinnati Bengals more than anyone else. I'm convinced they're still trying to get the Redskins to up their offer, but if this isn't a ploy, than they're making a big mistake.

But then again, this could also be a maneuver to up the ante. |

| Re: Lewis: Just sit Chad! What are the Bengals trying to prove, that they don't have to trade Chad, even he demands it? Because they could've got up to two first round picks for him, I don't know if the Bengals are trying to prove that they are the strong ones or something like that. But they better trade now because they are hurting their team.
