| Bengals reject offer for Chad Johnson The Cincinnati Bengals turned down an offer from the Washington Redskins for 2 first round picks. The Redskins offered reportedly offered the No. 21 this year and a conditional 3rd in 2009. It could have risen to a first round if Johnson and the Redskins met performance milestones. SportingNews.com - Your expert source for NFL Football stats, scores, standings, blogs and fantasy news from NFL Football columnists Is this a good offer for a temper tantrum throwing two year old-like player or not? Even one with Chad's ability?

| Re: Bengals reject offer for Chad Johnson Now see, this is a really, really stupid move by the Bengals. They've turned down three offers (Redskins, Cowboys and Eagles) and told the teams Johnson absolutely will not be traded. Instead, they're content just to let him sit out. Is punishing him REALLY more important than taking such drastic steps to improve your team? I just can't see being that vindictive. Trade him, get the two #1 picks and work on becoming playoff contenders again.
