CINCINNATI (AP) - Blue Adams, a defensive back who played primarily on special teams for Tampa Bay, to a two-year contract with the Bengals on Monday.
Adams, a fourth-year pro who played in every game for Tampa Bay last season, is a Miami, Fla., native who played for the University of Cincinnati.
The 5-foot-10, 184-pound player had 19 special-teams tackles last season, including three in the Buccaneers' 14-13 victory over Cincinnati.
