Guess who's in trouble again. Yep, Bengals WR Chris Henry. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, "Henry, who appeared Monday in Hamilton County Municipal Court following a traffic violation, could be among the first players punished under the NFL's tougher personal conduct policy." Good, he's earned it. The NFL needs to make an example out of guys like this and Jones.

This kid had a big rap on him since college...its a shame cause he is a major talent...would be nice to see him across from Ocho Cinco...
