i figured the Bengals could be in the Super Bowl, but after today they show they have work to do

i sure hope Palmer can shake this off and get back on track quick

they need the bye week to fix a few things, like a real sorry run defense

If they lost to the Titans, then it'd be embarassing.
They lost to the Pats. The Pats didn't look like themselves for the first few games, but that doesn't mean anything. They're gonna do just fine this year.
What you should be embarassed about is #85 always talking smack and writing checks his butt just can't cash. Didn't he learn anything from the playoffs last year? And doesn't everyone know by now not to disrespect the Pats and give them reason to get fired up for a game against you?
Tell #85 to do his talking on the field, because the rest of the world is getting sick of his mouth.

Welcome to GoTeamsGo, Jimmy, and thanks for joining us. It wasn't just that Cincy lost to the Pats that makes it embarrassing; its that New England pretty much owned them in that game. For a team that some of us (read: me) had winning it all this season, this was a cold dash of reality. The Bengals, as they looked in Sundays game, are not a Super Bowl team right now.
