| David Pollack Breaks Neck, Out For Year David Pollack left the field on a gourney yesterday after being injured while getting a tackle on Browns RB Reuben Droughns. Pollack has since been placed on Injured Reserve by the Bengals, making him unable to return to the active roster this season. However, the news that stands out is the fact that he broke his neck. In all the stories, head coach Marvin Lewis says his spinal cord was not damaged and he had full control over his extremeties...all great signs. They expect him to make a full return next season. What im glad to hear whenever I read "broken neck" is that the man is not paralyzed and he'll make a full recovery. Im glad Pollack will return next season. |
