| Cubs Trade Scott Williamson to Padres Seattle Post-Intelligencer: MLB Cubs acquired two minor league arms in lefty Fabian Jimenez Angulo and righty Joel Santo. Neither was a top prospect in the Padres' system. Williamson's salary was about $2 million this year. He should be able to help the Pads in the playoff race while the Cubs shed some salary.      |
