Yesterday the Cubs were facing the Pirates, when leading 5-4 in the 9th the Cubs had gotten 2 outs with a man on first. Carlos Marmol delivers a pitch to Nate McLouth he hits a routine fly ball to Alfonso Soriano in left, Soriano goes back, falls on to his heels then falls down and lets the ball drop. The run scored. Jon Lieber lost the game in the 11th. I tried to find a Youtube Video, but I couldn't.
Carlos Marmol was charged with with and blown save Jon Lieber with a lost. Here is my rule change. If Soriano drops the easiest the easiest catch in the world he should get the lost and the Blown Save.
