Wild Game, but the Cubs pulled it out in 12 twelve innings today, they the Pirate 10-8. The Cubs took the lead on an Aramis Ramirez Sac Fly to in the 12th. That makes it three wins in a row for the Cubbies.

That was a pretty wild game with a few great moments and a few that made my heart stop. Here are a few observations from the game;

• Theriot in the last few innings almost getting thrown out 3 times...one of which he was actually out. You have to love Theriot getting 2 BB though, if he is going to be serviceable then we need to see more of this from him.

• Man I love watching Fukudome bat, he is seriously the perfect hitter!

• Lilly has been struggling so far, I have no doubt he will pick it up again, but will he be able to match last years production?

• Soto was solid at and behind the plate, its fun having two rookie of the year contenders.

• DLee being DLee with a 2-5 & 2BB night.

• Lastly Pie NEEDS to learn some plate disipline...badly!!! Lay off the high heat Felix.
