Lilly Looking the Clean the Game up for Steriods and HGH

MESA, Ariz. -- Winning another 15 games might be the easy part of Ted Lilly's second season with the Cubs.

It's replacing the dearly-departed-to-Atlanta Will Ohman as the go-to guy for all things steroids and drug testing in the post-Mitchell Report era that could pose the bigger challenge.

''Unfortunately,'' Lilly said.

Lilly has been on the job as the Cubs' players-union representative for only a couple of days, and the onetime teammate of Roger Clemens already is throwing his support behind stepped-up efforts to clean up the game, even if it means blood testing.

Pro-test group is OK with Lilly :: CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: Cubs
