This the biggest series of the year for the Cubs.A 3 game weekend with Brewers.But all signs looked bad after the Cubs got down 5-0 in the first inning but the bullpen held out so it was 5-3 entering the 9th.The Cubs had men on the corners with 1 out and there best hitter comeing up in the form of Derek Lee. He smacked to right but it was caught by Corey Hart Alfonso Soriano scored on the play. With 2 outs on in the bottom of the ninth Arameiz Rameriez stepped in and jacked one out .So the Cubs have taken game one putting them 6.5 back of the Brewers big deal to you guys ...or not

They are playing better than I thought at the beginning of the season. I thought they would be fourth behind the Reds. I still don't know how they are doing it with their pitching.

Nice comeback by the Cubbies - proof positive that, as Yogi said, it ain't over till it's over.

Chicago is now back at .500 for the first time in over a month. They've won 7 straight and 8 of their last 10. Definitely impressive.

They are playing great! That was an awesome comeback. I was listening to it on the radio at work and was getting really upset during the first inning. That was a great win for the team
