| Rose ticketed and fined for driving 106 mph Bulls' No. 1 draft pick Derrick Rose was fined $1,000 Monday morning in Kane County Court, after pleading guilty to driving 106 mph on Interstate 88 in Kane County. Judge Robert Morrow accepted the guilty plea, and set the fine of $1,000. Rose also will have six months court supervision and will take an online driving school class as part of the supervision.
