| Rivers: The Bulls will make the Playoff and Face the Celtics in Round 1 BOSTON -- Maybe it was the old Bulls fan talking. Then again, maybe it was just wishful thinking by Boston Celtics coach and former Proviso East star Glenn ''Doc'' Rivers. ''I think they're going to make the playoffs,'' Rivers said of the Bulls. ''They could be our first-round opponent.'' That would seem to work well for the Eastern Conference-leading Celtics, who have won their last six against the Bulls, including 116-93 on Friday.
