The Blackhawks MUST win their final two games to have any chance of reaching the postseason. It's slim but it's there. they have 86 points and are 3 points behind nashville who are in 8th and they play the preds on saturday. Red Wings are their last game.
They've missed the playoffs eight of the last nine seasons.
Chicago also would need to jump past ninth-place Vancouver.
