| Blackhawks sign G Wade Flaherty CHICAGO (AP) -The Chicago Blackhawks have signed goalie Wade Flaherty and defensemen Jim Fahey and Prestin Ryan. Flaherty, 39, appeared in 32 games with the Manitoba Moose in the American Hockey League last season, compiling a 17-9-2 record and 2.42 goals against average. He also has played for the San Jose Sharks, New York Islanders, Nashville Predators and Tampa Bay Lightning.
