Chicago won the NHL draft lottery Tuesday, giving the Blackhawks a reason to celebrate after missing the playoffs for the eighth time in nine seasons... The Blackhawks, who will pick first in the June draft, had the fifth worst record and only an 8.1 percent chance to come out on top in the lottery.

Glad to see Chicago get a break.
That's what sucks about ending up in 9th like the Leafs did. We don't get into the playoffs but we also don't get to take advantage of a great placement in the lottery.
