| Kyle Orton--Is he the guy? I saw a partial clip of the Bears minicamp this week. Made me start thinking about Orton. I was never impressed with Orton. But many people, including the mouths on NFL Access and elsewhere, like him. So Bears fans. Enlighten me. Is Orton the guy? Why should I have confidence in him? Or why shouldnt I have confidence in him?????

| Re: Kyle Orton--Is he the guy? It's hard to say, how do you judge a quarterback without any real receivers. He definitely can't throw a long pass to save his life. We could use a better quarterback, but we have so many other needs, now this year we have more needs, cuz the problems of last year were not addresses, and the ones they did address, were bad choices. We do have a real running back, and as a long time Bear fan, I can live with that.

| Re: Kyle Orton--Is he the guy? I could agreed on that part where "how do you judge a quarterback without any real receivers". But knowing the bears, having a top notch QB is not important to them. You look at most of the teams and they have their QB and never have a Big problem addressing the QB Situation, but you look at the Bears and a few others teams and its the same old Problem over and over again and again. If Teams are addressing issues after it becomes a problem than your problem is just the beginning of a bigger problem. I wished i had money like Jerry Jones, I would buy the Bears and fired Jerry Angelo and Lovie Smith and a few coaching staff with them. Why Jerry and Lovie, Why Not. Lovie hasn't done a good job after they lost the Superbowl, he just look good for getting the bears to the superbowl and suck since. It's the same thing Jon Gruden did with the Bucs, came to a team like the Bucs with the players they had then and won the Superbowl, after that roster change and they suck since, its more like he's not a good coach. Lovie is going down that road. It's just a matter of time, that when you hear the name Lovie Smith you think of Coaches like Romeo Crennel and Dennis Green. The Best Opportunity wanted to fall on the Bears Lap and they say No Way. Right After 06 season Jeff Garcia Wanted to come to the Bears and be the Starting QB, Lovie and Jerry Angelo said NO, then i can't remember when Lovie said Grossman is our QB until he says otherwise, Well Where is That QB Now. The problem with the Bears now is not just the QB Issue, Fired Lovie and get a Coach that is a Offensive genius like Todd Haley and hired Back Ron Rivera as Defensive Coordinator. that will help alot. Put points on the board first, then worried about how to stop the other team from scoring, not the other way around (Vice Versa).

| Re: Kyle Orton--Is he the guy? Right Now, I think he is. Obviously if Jay Cutler is there and they can get him for Kyle Orton and the 18th pick you do it without thinking twice. But I still think that his less than great second half last year was because of his ankle injury not because he's bad QB. He just came back too early. But if Jay Cutler there, don't think twice when you do it. But if not I think they are ok with Orton there QB, he'd be better with another reciever.
