Re: Bears 06 training camp

Good point brought up by this article: "The million-dollar question is how the Bears will handle fragile quarterback Rex Grossman during the preseason. Noting his injury history, will they limit him, or noting his inexperience, will they push him? Expect it to be the former..."

Other questions the Bears have entering their training camp involve the running back battle between Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson and the changes made in the secondary. Which of these three issues do you think will play the biggest role in the success or failure of the Bears in 2006?

lack of quality receivers unless Bradley (from the 2005 draft) Develops nicely...Rex I don't know about. But I am hoping Benson lives up to the title he came in with.

Re: Bears 06 training camp

Grossman may be too fragile to be an NFL QB, but at least they went out and got a half-decent replacement for the next time he gets hurt. WR is definitely a big issue, but as a defensive guy, I'm intrigued as to why they felt it necessary to overhaul a secondary that helped Chicago have one of (if not the) best scoring defense in the National Football League last season.
