| Bears Sign Marty Booker ![]() LAKE FOREST, Ill. – The last Bears wide receiver to be voted to the Pro Bowl returned for a second stint with the team Tuesday when Marty Booker agreed to a two-year contract. Booker spent the previous four seasons with the Dolphins after the Bears traded him and a draft pick to Miami on Aug. 21, 2004 in exchange for defensive end Adewale Ogunleye. Booker caught 194 passes for 2,627 yards and 11 TDs in four years with the Dolphins. The 6-foot, 210-pounder led Miami with 50 receptions for 556 yards and 1 TD in 2007. Booker had his greatest success with the Bears. He set a franchise record with 100 catches in 2001, then was voted to the Pro Bowl in 2002 after registering his second straight 1,000-yard season while making 97 receptions. Booker caught at least one pass in his final 58 games with the Bears, eclipsing Bobby Engram’s record of 57 consecutive games. Booker, who will turn 32 in July, ranks fifth on the Bears’ all-time receiving list with 315 catches and sixth with 3,684 yards. Booker returns to Bears for second stint - Chicago Bears
