Comebacks wins Postive Highlight of '07

LAKE FOREST, Ill. – The Bears morphed into the comeback kids in 2007, rallying to win three consecutive road games in which they trailed in the fourth quarter for the first time in franchise history.
In Week 5 at Green Bay, the Bears trailed 20-10 in the third quarter and 20-17 heading into the fourth period before tying the contest on Robbie Gould’s 36-yard field goal.

Brian Griese later capped an eight-play, 79-yard drive with a 34-yard TD pass to tight end Desmond Clark with 2:05 remaining in the game to give the Bears a 27-20 victory.
Two weeks later in Philadelphia, Griese culminated an 11-play, 97-yard drive in the final two minutes with a 15-yard TD pass to Muhsin Muhammad with :09 to play to give the Bears an improbable 19-16 win.
Three weeks later in Oakland, Rex Grossman’s 59-yard TD strike with 3:11 left in the game turned a 6-3 deficit into a 10-6 lead in an eventual 17-6 victory.
The Bears also overcame 14-point fourth-quarter deficits in two home games, eventually losing to the Minnesota Vikings 34-31 on Ryan Longwell’s 55-yard field goal on the final play and beating the Denver Broncos 37-34 on Gould’s 39-yarder in overtime
