Benson out for season

ESPNews is reporting that Bears RB Cedric Benson is injured and out for the season. Adrian Peterson will start the rest of the way.

I certainly hope so. Most of us knew before the season that he was a bust, but he sure went the extra mile to prove it in 2007.

Though I don't wish injury or suffuring upon anyone, he need to go and this was the only way it would happen.

Not a big big Benson fan, but remember, they still have to pay him,"salary cap", whether he plays next year, or not.
