Berrian likely to sign with Rosenhaus

Bears wide receiver Bernard Berrian's anticipated switch to agent Drew Rosenhaus became official Wednesday, and in the wake of the move, the National Football League Players Association is investigating false rumors about Roosevelt Barnes, Berrian's former agent, that fueled the change.
Berrian terminated Barnes and Maximum Sports Management last week after he was told they were facing a suspension from the NFLPA for illegal recruitment of an underclassman, a charge that is untrue. Sports Business Journal reported the NFLPA is looking into whether an agent started the rumor. Berrian is a free agent after the year. Bad news for the Bears ?
