Tight-End tandem helping Greise

The combination of Desmond Clark and rookie Greg Olsen at tight end was a lethal one-two punch against Green Bay, with each scoring a touchdown. Olsen had four catches for 57 yards, and Clark added three catches for 62. It was the first time since 1983 that the Bears had two tight ends with at least 50 receiving yards in the same game.
The most important reception was Clark's 34-yard touchdown from Brian Griese with 2:05 left that supplied the winning points. Clark was wide open as the Packers bit on play-action, and everyone knows it's never easy to make a catch when you're wide open, right, Desmond?
''That's a lie,'' Clark said. ''I don't understand why people say that because when I'm in a crowd, it's harder to catch the ball with guys hanging on you. I much prefer to be open.''

Re: Tight-End tandem helping Greise

Clark's been a pleasant surprise for the Bears, and as a replacement for Vernon Davis on my fantasy roster, for that matter. I can only imagine that the reason they drafted Olsen was because they weren't expecting much out of Clark, but he's become a good asset in the passing game.

Re: Tight-End tandem helping Greise

I was starting Olsen on my fantasy team but, the reason they picked Olsen was to give the element the never has in the offense . Pass catching Tight-end. He is the second fast tight-end in the NFL !!!!!!1
