It is a new beginning in Chicago. The Brian Griese Era begins this Sunday in Detroit. When the 1-2 Chicago Bears face the 2-1 Detroit Lions. It will be the first game since Week 15 of the 2005 season without Rex Grossman at the helm. But the Bears have other problems including injuries to Lance Briggs, Nate Vasher, and Ruben Brown. So will Griese be better than Grossman and who ya got ?

I was just thinking, while waiting for the computer to start, there is no Bears / Lions thread, do they just not have the heart to start one? With all their problems, and injuries, I was stunned to learn that the Bears are favored by 3.

Ya Griese will not single handedly win games like the good Rex but he will not singlehandedly lose them either
