After Bears OLB Lance Briggs's Lambergini was found crashed at 4 AM on the Chicago streets the Bears are choicing not to discpline Briggs. No Suspentions no fines no nothing. But should they displine him.

He should get something. Alcohol was probably involved, but at this point with what we know, guess a fine would be in order.

Unless there was alcohol involved, maybe a small fine, if anything. If he was DUI, the stakes get raised - maybe a short suspension.

As far as we know, he didn't do anything, other than leaving the scene of a one car accident. Lots of people are speculating on what he was doing at 3 in the morning, but unless some witness steps forward, or he himself admits to something more, yeah right! that's all there is to this.

well it doesnt look good if you look at the facts, its 3am,he just came from 2 nightclubs, he wrecked his car, left it there, he then called the police and said it was stolen, then later admits its his car, now why would he lie about it being his car, btw its a 350,000 dollar car, why would he just leave unless you were doing something wrong, you dont have to be matlock here to figure he was under some controlled substance or alcohol, I would suspend a game or 2..

Briggs claimed he called reported it stolen then 10 minutes called and "took responsibility"

I also had not herd about calling the police, and reporting it stolen, than calling back, and fessing up. Last I herd the police have no record of him calling to report it stolen. All I can say is, man, he must of been really waisted. Maybe a fine, or suspension is in order after all.
