I am going with ticky tacky at best. You have never looked down at the speedometer and noticed you were going a little faster than you ought? I will give Johnson the benefit of the doubt until I know more.
I am all for cleaning up the league, but sometimes in this society we have a tendency to swing too far in the other direction. I am afraid that is going to happen now and the athletes will be fair game.
