Definitely they need someone. I doubt Rhodes; he'll probably wind up signing elsewhere for more than the Bears are willing to pay. But they definitely need someone, maybe someone like Verron Haynes (recently cut from the Steelers), to help Benson carry the load. Might they also be looking draft to acquire someone?

Its been about 3 years. If he can't carry the load yet, he is a wasted pick. Get somebody in there that can. I always liked Shipp. I don't think he got a fair chance in Arizona.

Ron Turners offense is is a hard core running game they dont need an extra RB but it would b nice take some stress away from Benson

My first thought is can they just say do over, and get Thomas Jones back? Is there some law about one team taking advantage of another team, with an obviously diminished mental capacity? I WANT THOMAS JONES BACK!!!!!! I guess if that isn't going to happen, they do still have Adrian Peterson. The worst thing about Peterson, was when you put him in as a change up, you had basically the same style back as Jones, but now Jones is gone. We have Benson. So I guess it isn't that bone headed to trade Jones, as long as you get something really good in return. Idiots
